This report mentions their research on hrp2 deletions, and placed Burundi among the 6 new countries affected by malaria which have conducted this type of research. Indeed it was a pilot study, we’re looking to further for collaboration and funds to be able generate more evidence to advise the Burundi National Malaria Control Program.
